Packet Pickup is Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Coleman Park.
Packets are not mailed. We will also have day of packet pickup.
USA Triathlon mandates that a photo ID is provided by each participant to pick up their packets, including all members or relay teams. You will not be allowed to have friends or family members pick up your packet.
You are required to pick up your packet prior to your event and we encourage you to pick it up on Saturday. Your packet contains your bib, timing chip, swim cap, t-shirt and other important information that you will need to review before your event. Plus, it is one less thing to do on event day!
If you can’t make it to packet pick-up on Saturday, as a last resort you can get your packet on the morning of the tri beginning at 6:00am.
Bring your USA Triathlon Membership Card to the packet pick-up. If you do not have the card, you can print it off on www.usatriathlon.org by logging into your account. Or you can download a new app that allows you to display your USA Triathlon membership cards on mobile devices. More information about the USA Triathalon app here! USA Triathlon requires all athletes to bring their membership card to packet pick-up (even if you have already given us your membership number). This includes each Relay Team member. Failure to do so will result in a 1-day non-refundable fee of $15.00 for each individual (NO EXCEPTIONS). If you do not have a USA Triathlon card and did not include the one-day fee with your application you will be required to pay it prior to getting your packet.
*All participants 17 and under receive an annual membership for a fee of $10.00
